I cannot find any information about the picture and little about the artist. It is a boathouse in Saucatuck Michigan dated 1940. You have the spelling of his name correct, Anthony Wuchterl (1897-1962). My mother was friends with his wife, Lillian. We used to receive cards with images of his work.
